4Repair is an EASA Part 145 company which provides structural metal or combined composite component repair services. Performed in our Component Shop or at customer location On-Wing. Our scope of work is not aircraft type or partnumber related. We are authorized to release all work which falls within the C- ratings, ATA- Chapters and structure classifications as mentioned in our authorized Scope of Work.
We perform structural repair and modifications on aircraft sheet metal / composite components in our Component Shop or On-Wing released with an EASA Form1 conform EASA Part145 approval nr. NL.145.1395 and CAA UK approval UK.145.01883.

Components other than complete engines or APU’s.

4Repair is not restricted to any aircraft type and is completely self supporting. We possess all necessary tooling and equipment to carry out structural repairs and modification programs. 4Repair provides our customer well experienced aviation personnel.
Aluminium heat treatment is a process by which the strength and hardness of a specific subset of aluminium alloys, namely the wrought and cast alloys that are precipitation hardenable, are increased. 4Repair can provide the following processes:
Remarks: All our Temperature Controlled Equipment conforms to specification ASM2750E (Aerospace Material Specifications). All parts that have had a heat treatment are provided with a Heat Treatment Service Report including a hardness measurement.
4Repair can provide Balancing for any Flight Control Surfaces, we have the compatibility for almost every aircraft type. As a result of a repair, modification or paint on any control surface such as ailerons, flaps and trimtabs, the center of gravity change measurement must be constrained within the geometrical limits as specified by the requirements of the OEM.
4Repair can provide Rotary Flap Peening services with certified personnel on location, meeting regulatory needs and satisfying the standards of quality in the aviation industry. All equipment used in this procedure comply and exceeds all current Rotary Flap Peening requirements within commercial (OEM manufactures) and military aviation (e.g. NADCAP 7117/4, AMS 2590, MIL-R-81841 and MIL-R-81840).
